How a booking works

- Recommendation and quote — we propose the right vehicle or combination and confirm the price in writing, with tolls, gratuity and waiting time itemized.
- Planning — routes are checked for closures and events (Miami’s causeways, Ultra, Art Basel, the Grand Prix), flights and ships are tracked, alternate routes prepared.
- The ride — chauffeur confirms 30 minutes before pick-up; you receive the chauffeur’s name, photo, phone and vehicle plate. Preferences — temperature, music, silence, child seats — are logged for next time.
- Follow-up — one point of contact for changes, extensions and the return trip.
