These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fsoguard.us (the “Site”) and your communications with FSO Guard Security Service (“FSO Guard”, “we”, “us”), a Florida-licensed security agency (License B3100530) and private investigative agency (License A 1000095) located at 2719 Hollywood Blvd, Office 7271, Hollywood, FL 33020. By using the Site, submitting a form, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information on the Site
The content of the Site is provided for general information about our services and does not constitute legal, security or investigative advice for any particular situation. Descriptions of services are subject to licensing, legal and operational limits; we decline requests that are unlawful or outside the scope of our licenses.
2. Quotes and service agreements
Submitting a quote, contact or service request through the Site does not create a contract. Prices are quoted individually and in writing. Every engagement is governed by a separate written service agreement, which controls in the event of any inconsistency with the Site or these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information in any form you submit and not to use the Site or our contact channels to send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or automated communications, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, or to interfere with its operation.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, photographs, graphics and the FSO Guard name and logo, are the property of FSO Guard Security Service or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
5. SMS/Text Messaging
By voluntarily opting in to FSO Guard’s text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring service-related and customer care text messages from FSO Guard at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include responses to inquiries, requested security service communications, consultation and scheduling information, service updates, and customer support communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. Reply HELP for help.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Participation in the SMS program is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving FSO Guard services.

6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FSO Guard disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site and its content, including warranties of accuracy, availability and fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party links and services (such as live chat, messaging apps and social networks) are governed by their own terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FSO Guard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Liability in connection with contracted services is governed exclusively by the applicable written service agreement.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
