Privacy Policy

How FSO Guard Security Company collects, uses and protects personal information — on this website, by phone, WhatsApp and email, and in the course of our security and investigative services.

Effective date: September 20, 2026. Last updated: September 20, 2026.

FSO Guard Security Company (“FSO Guard”, “we”, “us”) is a Florida-licensed security agency (License B3100530) and private investigative agency (License A 1000095) located at 1716 N Dixie Hwy, Hollywood, FL 33020. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit fsoguard.us (the “Site”) or contact us, how we use and share it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or contacting us you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact and quote requests — name, phone number, email address, company, the service you are interested in, location, dates and any details you include in a message, whether submitted through a form on the Site or sent to us by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or email.
  • Client and case information — when you engage our services, information reasonably necessary to perform them under a written agreement: identity and billing details, site details, post orders, incident reports and, for investigative services, the facts and documents you provide about a matter.
  • Employment applications — information you submit when applying to work with us, including licensing details.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, and the date and time of visits, collected through server logs and analytics.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Site is used and Cloudflare to deliver and protect the Site. These services may set cookies or use similar identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some Site features. Learn more at Google’s partner sites policy.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Site beyond what you choose to include in a message. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers or medical information through web forms; we will collect any such information needed for a service directly and securely.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and communicate with you about services you requested.
  • To perform, manage, document and invoice contracted security and investigative services.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site, including analytics, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including Florida Statutes Chapter 493, licensing, record-keeping, tax and law-enforcement requirements.
  • To protect the rights, property and safety of FSO Guard, our clients, officers, investigators and the public.
  • With your consent, to send occasional service updates. You may opt out at any time.

3. Calls, texts and messaging consent

By providing a phone number and requesting a quote or callback, you consent to receive calls and text messages (SMS/WhatsApp) from FSO Guard about your request, including automated appointment or dispatch confirmations. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us by phone or email; reply HELP for assistance. We do not send marketing text messages without separate consent, and we do not sell or share phone numbers for third-party marketing.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

  • With service providers who help us operate — web hosting, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, email delivery, form storage, scheduling, payment processing and dispatch tools — under obligations to use it only for our purposes.
  • With our licensed officers, investigators and subcontractors to the extent needed to perform services you contracted.
  • With attorneys, courts and law enforcement when required by law, subpoena or court order, when necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent harm or a crime.
  • In a business transfer — if FSO Guard is merged, acquired or sells assets, information may be transferred to the successor, subject to this Policy.
  • With your direction or consent.

5. Confidentiality of investigative and security services

Information you share with us in connection with a security or investigative engagement is treated as confidential and used solely to perform that engagement, subject to applicable law. We conduct services only under a written agreement and only for lawful purposes. Where a service is governed by specific federal or state laws — for example the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) for employment or tenant screening, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) for financial information, or the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) for motor vehicle records — we obtain and use information only with a documented permissible purpose and any required authorization or disclosure. We do not access private accounts, intercept communications or obtain protected records without lawful authority. Client confidentiality is not attorney-client privilege; where privilege matters, clients may engage us through their attorney.

6. Data retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, generally no more than 24 months from your last contact unless you become a client. Client, contract, incident and investigative records are retained for the period required by Florida law, our licensing obligations, insurance and tax requirements, and legitimate business needs, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings (currently 14 months).

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to a licensed security agency: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, limited access to case files on a need-to-know basis, and secure disposal. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide information at your own risk. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information we will notify you as required by the Florida Information Protection Act and other applicable laws.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Access, correction and deletion — you may ask what personal information we hold about you as a Site visitor or prospective client, and request correction or deletion, subject to legal retention obligations. Information collected in the course of a lawful investigation may be exempt from access or deletion requests to the extent permitted by law.
  • Marketing — opt out of any promotional communication using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
  • Cookies and analytics — adjust browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Do Not Track — the Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws; we will honor verified requests as required. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and Google Maps. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.
