The towers on A1A in Pompano Beach and on Ocean Boulevard and Hillsboro Boulevard in Deerfield Beach are our largest single client group here. The post is the lobby: a uniformed concierge security officer who manages visitors, contractors and packages, watches the cameras and knows the residents, backed by a rover who walks the garage, pool deck and beach access on an irregular schedule. Many of these buildings are in the middle of concrete restoration and milestone inspection work, and a construction site inside an occupied tower is where things go missing; we add a day post at the contractor entrance for the duration. Beach hotels along the pier district use our hotel security officers for lobby, parking and pool coverage during season and events.
Industrial parks and distribution centers
The industrial belt between I-95 and the Turnpike is one of the largest in Broward: marine and aviation parts, food and beverage distribution, medical suppliers, construction trades and third-party logistics. The problems are the usual ones: cargo theft from trailers left in the yard, break-ins through roll-up doors, copper and catalytic converter theft from fleet vehicles, and homeless encampments along the rail line and canals. Our warehouse and logistics security model here is the one we run in Doral: a fixed officer at the truck gate with driver ID and seal photographs, interior checkpoint patrols overnight, and mobile patrol for smaller units that cannot justify a fixed post. Retail corridors, plazas and banks
Federal Highway, Atlantic Boulevard, Sample Road and Hillsboro Boulevard are lined with shopping plazas, big-box stores, restaurants and bank branches. Property managers use our retail and loss prevention officers for parking lots and common areas, particularly in the evening when smash-and-grab from cars and aggressive panhandling drive customers away; individual stores add floor officers during holiday season. Branches and cash-heavy businesses use bank security officers, and the pharmacies and clinics along the corridors fall under our healthcare security program.
Marinas, the inlet and the pier districts
The Hillsboro Inlet is the busiest boating gateway in north Broward, with marinas, boatyards and charter docks on both sides and a canal network of waterfront homes behind them. Our yacht and marina security teams patrol docks on foot, control yard gates and provide overnight watches on vessels; owners of waterfront homes on the canals use estate security when they are away for the summer. The pier and fishing village districts in both cities host festivals, fishing tournaments and holiday events that need event security officers for crowd, parking and vendor areas.
Gated communities and HOAs
West of Federal Highway both cities have gated and 55+ communities, from the large ones off Sample Road and Military Trail to small enclaves on the canals. We staff gatehouses, run mobile patrol and report to boards under our residential and HOA security program, which includes working with whatever visitor management system the association already has rather than selling a new one.
