Licensing and training
Every FSO Guard officer holds the Florida Class D security officer license: 40 hours of state-approved training, fingerprinting and a background check by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. We add our own screening, including drug testing, employment verification and an interview focused on judgment and communication, plus training on customer service, report writing, de-escalation and the specific post orders for your property. Unarmed or armed?
