What a security contract with FSO Guard includes
Dedicated officers
Florida-licensed Class D officers (Class G for armed posts) assigned to your site, not rotated in from a pool. Armed or unarmed, in uniform or business attire, on the schedule you define.
Post orders and training
Written post orders for every position — access control, visitor procedures, emergency response, escalation — and site-specific training before the first shift, refreshed when your procedures change.
Supervision and inspections
A named field supervisor, unannounced inspections at least weekly, GPS-verified patrol checkpoints and a field manager who reviews the site with you every month.
Reporting
Digital daily activity reports, incident reports with photos within the hour, visitor and vehicle logs, and a monthly summary an HOA board, an operations director or an insurer can read without translation.
Coverage guarantee
Sick days, vacations and no-shows are our problem, not yours. A vacant shift is filled by a briefed officer, and repeated gaps trigger service credits written into the agreement.
Insurance and compliance
General liability and workers’ compensation certificates issued to you as additional insured, Florida Chapter 493 licensing for the agency and every officer, and background checks that meet or exceed state requirements.

Contract models and pricing
We offer three models and often combine them on one agreement:
- Dedicated post — an officer at a fixed location on a fixed schedule (a 24/7 post is about 730 hours a month). Priced per hour and converted into a flat monthly fee.
- Mobile patrol route — a marked vehicle visiting several properties per night on randomized routes, priced per property per month. See mobile patrol.
- Hybrid — a daytime post plus overnight patrol visits, which typically cuts the cost of round-the-clock coverage by 40 to 60 percent.
The rate depends on volume, site risk, armed or unarmed posts and contract length. We put the rate, the hours, the supervision schedule and the service credits in writing; there are no separate charges for uniforms, scheduling or reporting. Switching providers without a gap
- Assessment (week 1). Site walk, review of current post orders and incident history, interviews with your on-site team.
- Proposal and agreement (week 1–2). Posts, hours, rates, service levels and the transition date in one document.
- Preparation (week 2–3). Officer selection, background checks, uniforms, post-order training, key and credential hand-over plan.
- Go-live. Supervisor on site for the first shifts, parallel coverage on day one where needed, daily check-ins for the first week.
- 30-day review. Incident log, patrol data and your feedback — adjustments are made before the second invoice.
Statewide, one agreement
